Camp & Coast currently ships within Australia and New Zealand only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Time
• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of the rugs arriving at warehouse.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Timeframes
• Standard shipping delivery times vary depending on your location but are generally 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. Peak Periods & Shipping Delays
• During peak periods such as end-of-year holidays, Black Friday, or special promotions,
delivery times may be longer than usual.
• We recommend placing your order early to avoid delays.
• While we work closely with shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, Camp & Coast
cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.
5. Shipping Costs

• You will be notified of the shipping charges before completing your order.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
