Introduction

Camp and Coast does not offer returns or refunds on any items with marked down prices or sale items! We're dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you have any questions, please reach out to us via email.

Our Commitment to You

Our return, refund, and exchange policy are designed in compliance with Australian Consumer Law, reflecting our commitment to providing you with the best customer experience possible.

Returns

We offer a 30 day returns policy on full priced items. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition and purchased at full price.

No Refunds or Returns on Sale Items.

Items marked down or purchased during a sale event are final sale and not eligible for refund or return, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. This includes:

• Sitewide promotions

• Discount codes

• Clearance or outlet items

• EOFY, Black Friday, or limited-time sale periods

We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business during these sales.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you encounter any issues with your product, please contact us for a replacement. We're here to help you make it right.

Return and Refund Fees

For all return and refund requests paid via Stripe, additional fees will apply according to the payment processing service used: Stripe: 2.9% of the sale + $0.30 Transaction Fee. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we accept returns by mail only.

Refunds and Exchanges for Damaged Items

To be eligible for a refund or exchange due to damage or defects, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include pictures and video evidence of the damaged items. We will either request a return of the item and send a replacement or issue a full refund upon receipt and review of the evidence.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including gift cards and products purchased on sale or during limited-time sales events.

International Returns

For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for both exchanges and refunds. If you require an exchange, you will need to cover the return shipping fees for the item to be sent back to you. If you are requesting a refund, the return shipping costs will also be your responsibility.

Other Return/Exchange Requests

If you have a different reason for returning your item, please email us within 30 days of receiving your delivery with your full name, order number, and the reason for the return/exchange.

Please Note:

• We do not offer returns or exchanges on SALE items; all sales are final.

• Replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis.

• All returns and exchanges must be sent within 30 days of receiving delivery.

• If a refund is approved, all items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to ten (10) working days to reflect, depending on your bank.

• For exchanges, we issue an online store credit for the original purchase price, excluding delivery charges.

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

• Stripe fees are deducted from your refund total, as we incur non-refundable fees from this provider (2.9% of sale + $0.30 Transaction Fee).

Return Shipping Cost

In the case of faulty items, Camp and Coast will refund your return shipping charges. Please provide a photo of the Australia Post receipt containing the tracking number. We recommend using standard pre-paid traceable satchels by Australia Post for guaranteed delivery. Retain proof of postage until you receive confirmation of your return.
